In line with Listing rule 5.16.5 the Board of Directors of Middlesea Insurance p.l.c. regret to announce that Mr Lino Spiteri has ceased to be a Director following his demise on the 14 November 2014.
The Board of Directors would like to extend their condolences to all his family for their loss.
