- Organizing laundry and cleaning
- Organizing airport pick up of guests
- Organizing any maintenance that may arise
- A monetary report from their accounts department on a monthly bases together with a disbursement of the funds in question
- Assistance and setting up the property in order to be ready for the MTA inspection and approval
- Collection of ECO Tax contribution once MTA permit has been obtained
- Managing turnkey projects for the apartments they manage
