When will I receive my loyalty card?
Your card will be either delivered by post or you will be contacted by your insurance intermediary to see if you would like to set up an appointment so he can explain the benefits of the card.
How do I activate my card?
You need to log into our website and enter your card number together with your e-mail address.
What are the benefits of this card?
You are entitled to discounts in various shops/businesses/outlets by presenting this card.
What are the participating outlets?
You may view the full list of outlets on this website.
Can this card be transferred to my husband/wife/children?
This card can be used only by cardholder.
Can you issue it in the name of my husband/wife?

Yes. You need to request it via e-mail to marketing@middlesea.com. The request must include your e-mail address, Id card number and Policy type.

Can I have a printed copy of the participating outlets?
The reason why we don’t have a printed copy of the list of outlets is because we are continuously adding outlets every month. However, should you require the list in printing, we can send you a copy of the latest updated list.
I lost my card. Can you issue a new one?

Yes, please send us your details on marketing@middlesea.com

I received the card on my address with a wrong name
Kindly send the card back to the MAPFRE Middlesea p.l.c., Middle Sea House, Floriana, FRN1442 along with your correct details so we will be able to issue your card.
