What is my client code?
Your client code is your ID card number, 7 digits long, followed by the letter.
When can I start using the discounts?
Once you log into the app you can immediately start using the discounts available.
What are the benefits of this card?
You are entitled to discounts in various shops/businesses/outlets by presenting the QR code available after activating the coupon.
Who are the participating outlets?
You may view the full list of outlets on this website or on the mobile app.
Can my account be used by my husband/wife/children?
Each client is entitled to their own individual Club Mapfre account.
Can I have a printed copy of the participating outlets?
The reason why we don’t send out a printed copy of the list of outlets is because we are continuously adding outlets every month.
I can't log into my account, what do I do?
Please send us your details and policy number at clubmapfremt@mapfre.com and we will guide you through the process.
I created my account with the wrong email address/name.
Kindly send us an email on clubmapfremt@mapfre.com and we will corrent the details from our end.
