Last week, we had the privilege of hosting Marcos Garcia Barahona and Goyo Santos from the Business Corporate Area of MAPFRE for a dynamic two-day visit that involved a number of initiatives with our Bancassurance strategic partner, Bank of Valletta and also our other distributors.
The visit kicked off with a high-impact strategic workshop led by Marcos and Goyo, where colleagues from across the business came together to explore the future of our collaboration with BOV. The sessions sparked insightful discussions on how we can continue to evolve our partnership, deepen client engagement, and deliver even greater value through our joint efforts. Marcos also led a series of engaging Masterclasses with BOV representatives, tied insurance intermediaries (TIls, and our Regional Office colleagues. These sessions focused on sharpening our client approach-emphasizing the importance of identifying client needs at every stage of their life journey and guiding them toward tailored insurance solutions.
The energy, collaboration, and shared vision that emerged over the two days were truly inspiring. As we move forward, the insights and strategies shared by Marcos and Goyo will serve as a strong foundation for continued growth and innovation in our distribution strategy.
