A group of Middlesea Insurance employees recently attended a Basic Fire Awareness training course at the International Safety Training College.

In July 2014, MSV Life p.l.c. (MSV) began implementing ALLFINANZ Interview Server (AIS) software from Munich Re Automation Solutions Ltd. to accelerate new business growth and further improve customer acquisition and service. A Munich Re ALLFINANZ team visited MSV last week. Implementation is expected by year-end.

Middlesea Insurance recently presented a donation to Piccola Casa di San Giuseppe. The funds were utilised for the refurbishment of the home, which is situated in Valletta, particularly the bathroom.

The consolidated Middlesea Group result for the first six months of 2014 amounted to a profit before tax of €8.21 million, compared to €6.4 million registered during the comparative period last year.
