As a MAPFRE Middlesea client, you have access to a number of discounts and exclusive offers from over 200 outlets. The mobile application allows you to:
- Search for outlets by category or location
- Add outlets to favourites
- Be notified about outlets offering discounts in your area
- Be notified about new outlets & exclusive offers
- Redeem discounts in a simple manner

The app can be downloaded from Google Play (Android Users) or App Store (Apple users) for free.
If you’d rather have a physical card, you can order one by sending an email with your ID Card Number to jeanpb@middlesea.com
How to use the APP
Creating an account
If this is your first time using the app, you need to create an account. Enter your name, surname, email, password and ID Card Number. All fields are required.
Redeem offer
To redeem an offer, search for the outlet in the search bar or under the categories menu.
Click on the outlet you are in and click on redeem offer.
The cashier will include your discount in the final bill.
Adding outlet to favourite
To add an outlet to your favourites, look for the outlet from the search bar or categories menu.
Click on the outlet from the search results.
Press on the heart at the top right of the screen. Outlet has now been added to the favourites. You will find the Favourites icon on the dashboard.
Finding the location of outlet
Simply click on the map icon and Google Maps will open up with directions
Notification of offers close to you
The Application is GPS aware, so it will automatically send you a notification message with selected spots offering discounts in the vicinity.For this feature to work, GPS and notifications need to be enabled.
You can access these offers close to you by clicking on Deals Nearby in Dashboard.
